Jalapeno Garlic Bbq Chicken Wings With Roquefort Dressing

Makes 2/3 cup, or enough marinade for 20 wings.--- Preheat oven to 400°.
If you are making more than 20 wings, double the--- Cover with foil one 9 by 13 inch baking dish and
recipe.one 8 by 8 baking dish. (If you are doubling the
Marinaderecipe, use two 9 by 13 baking dishes). Lightly grease
• 2 tablespoons margarine, milk-free, corn-free; orthe foil. Place chicken wings in baking dish. Brush one
olive oilhalf of marinade on one side of the chicken wings.
• ½ cup onion, finely choppedPlace in oven and cook 25 minutes. Take baking
• 5 garlic cloves, minceddishes out, turn chicken wings over, and brush on
• 2 teaspoons canned jalapenos, dicedremaining marinade. Cook for another 20 minutes or
• ½ teaspoon chili powderuntil done. Remove from oven.
• 2/3 cup water---Place on dish that can be kept warm and serve
• 1 tablespoon tomato pastewith Roquefort Dressing.
• 1 teaspoon lemon juiceRoquefort Dressing
• ¼ teaspoon oreganoMakes 1½ cups
• ½ teaspoon salt• 2 tablespoons Roquefort Cheese, crumbled
• ¼ teaspoon pepper(sheep cheese)

garlic, and cook 30 more seconds. Add rest of the• ½ teaspoon sugar
ingredients, cook for 3 minutes. Cool.• ½ teaspoon white wine vinegar
Place mixture into food processor and pulse until• Salt and pepper to taste

Make one day ahead for flavors to blend.--- Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
--- Using the back of a spoon, smash the Roquefort
Chicken Wings Cooking InstructionsCheese against the side of the bowl. This will remove
