Grilled Nachos

GRILLED NACHOSsheet to move to grill. Spread chips on foil; top with

6-cups Nacho flavored tortilla chipsPlace foil on grill over medium heat; cover grill. Cook

8-ounces (2-cups) Mexican cheese blend, shreddedblack olive slices, chopped cashews, and salsa; serve
2-cups Lettuce, shreddedright away while warm.
½-cup Sour CreamServes 6
½-cup GuacamoleNote: Sometimes for a change I substitute the green
½-cup Black olives, slicedchili's with jalapenos and it gives a little different
½-cup Cashews, choppedtaste, but they are both good.
