Sticking on a new HD VC 5 burner grill

Hi all, Another trick that I do is lightly spray the meat itself with EVOO
followed all the advice here about cleaning the porcelain coated cast before sticking onto the grill. It seems to do the trick as well but
iron grills, have tried cleaning and recoating with vegetable oil, I'd definitely make sure it's "seasoned' to begin with.
