Living in New Mexico every day is reason for a party. Margarita chicken Wow. That's all I can say. I did my version of this chicken this
is a family favorite and is quick and easy to do. weekend for my first barbequeing experience and it was great. I say my
2 parts Lime Pepper mix version because as others have said it was hard to find the rub
1 part Chipotle ingredients, so I improvised with some lemon pepper and some roasted
1 part Roasted gorlec with Bell Peppers mix gorlec and herb and I put in a little store bought rub just cause I had
2 parts Olive oil no clue on what to use to replace the chipotle. Turned out awesome.
2 parts Sweetened Lime Juice Dxanks Alien.
1 part Tequila VoinermakerFan
